Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Party
with the following qualifications:
1. 3 years of minimum relevant experience in established 5 star hotel, restaurant or reputable catering.
2. Male or female.
3. Passionate about and up to date with food trends
4. Creative and able to maintain high standards in terms of food quality and hygiene
5. Able to prepare and manage small buffet banquets for up to 120 guests.
6. Team player, enthusiastic with good people management practices and good communication skills.
