SENIOR SECRETARY

Qualification :



· Female, preferably single

· Bachelor degree from reputable university, preferably from secretary academy

· Minimum 3 years experience in handling secretarial duties

· Fluency in English is a must, both oral and written

· Skilled at making business letters

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, self motivated and dynamic

· Good computer skill (Ms Office)

· Good Team player, honest, hard worker, independent and discipline oriented spirit

· Willing to be assigned in Bali



ADVERTISING and PROMOTION STAFF

Qualifications:

· Male/Female, single with age max 27 years old

· Min D3 in marketing communication from reputable university, preferably from abroad

· Minimum 2 years Experience in marketing, advertising and communication

· Pleasant personality, paid attention on details and ability to work independently under tight deadlines

· Computer literate is a must (Ms Office)

· Willing to work hard, good team player, creative, excellent skill in promotion or advertising and public media relations

· Available for Placement in Bali



RECEPTIONIST/ FRONT OFFICE

Qualifications :

· Female, Diploma 3 degree or equivalent

· Fluent in English;

· Public relations and administration skills; able to work efficiently within a team

· Welcome visitors and attend phone calls

· Contribute to administrative duties, including: registration of incoming/outgoing letters, newspapers; scheduling of appointments; daily clerical works
